Comprehensive Nursing Service aims to reduce socio-economic burden and enhances the quality of medical services. However, it is hard to be introduced to a national system due to lack of human resources. To address this problem, we propose new comprehensive nursing service, the Co-Care system. Co-care system is consisted of PAR, IPR, and tNRS. Especially, in service design development process, the convergence platform of technology and design will bring out more innovative results.

Yet, telephone operators have trouble in dealing problems because of the obstacles like prank call.
